PRICING
Prices stated on this site are in USD (US Dollars). Shipping charges, import duties and taxes are not included. Prices quoted refer to OE's standard ring size of 54, necklace length of 42cm and bracelet length of 18.5cm. Alterations to sizes and lengths may be subjected to price changes. Prices quoted for “Pendants” do not include chain. Chains shown are for illustration purpose only.OE reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product description is based on OE’s standard ring size of 54, necklace length of 42cm and bracelet length of 18.5cm, unless stated otherwise. OE Fine Jewellery attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current or error-free. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it as described in our Return policy.
Please note that size of pictures is not according to proportion and colour may differ due to individual monitor’s resolution.
PAYMENTS
You pay through Pay Pal, a secured payment gateway. You can also choose to pay via telegraphic transfer. Simply select your preferred payment option while you are in the Check Out section just before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
If the product purchased by you is available, it will be shipped to you upon receipt of payment. Delivery takes 7 -10 working days. If the product is not in stock, we will make a brand new one for you. We will contact you to inform you of the production lead time and the estimated shipping date. Production lead-time is 4 - 6 weeks.
Once your purchase has been shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of when your order was shipped, together with tracking number so that you can expect it. We use FedEx for international shipments and ABX Express for shipments within Malaysian. Kindly note that we do not ship to a P O Box address.
All goods shipped are insured against loss and damage whilst they are in transit. Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer's risk and expense. If the buyer refuses acceptance of delivery or of a part thereof, he has to bear all expenses caused by or arising out of this.
Please take note that we do not ship to the following countries : Russia, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea GQ, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Sao Tome & Principe, St.Helena (S.Atlantic), Sierra Leone, Solomon Island, Somalia, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Turkmenistan, Republic of Tuvalu and Wake Island.
IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties / VAT/ GST/ HST are charged by your local customs office for your purchase. Any duties incurred shall be paid by you. Click here for an indication of Import Duties & Taxes. This table of Import Duties & Taxes is an indication only - kindly contact your local customs office for exact charges.
ORDER TRACKING
We send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add customerservice@oejewellery.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at customerservice@oejewellery.com. Please quote your order number. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled and you are not satisfied with it, simply return it to OE according to our Return & Refund Policy.
OE reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Should you request to return the item purchased, you are able to do so within 7 days from the date of receipt of your goods. Kindly email us before proceeding with any return.
All returns are subject to the items being in its original condition, and must come with its original packaging. Refunds will be given only at the discretion of OE. Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer's risk and expense.
DEFECTS
Each purchase is to be checked upon receipt. If the jewellery has been damaged in transit or if parts are missing you should ask for a survey with the courier company and inform us in writing without delay within 7 days. Complaints about defective, faulty or wrong merchandise shall be made in writing within 7 days after receipt of the merchandise. If the complaints are recognised by us as justified, it is hereby agreed that the buyer's remedy shall only be to request repair or substitution. Any indemnification whatsoever is excluded.
PROTECTION OF COPYRIGHTS
Our designs, samples, models, photos, etc are our property. Even if no specific protection of copyright exists, the buyer is not authorised to copy or imitate in any way our designs. In case he does so, he will be liable to make good all or any damage caused to us by his action. All Web site design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Web site are copyright OE Fine Jewellery Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliates, or their content and technology providers. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
